Tracing paper The Maserati Tipo V4, designed and manufactured between 1929 and 1932, was the first racing car to feature a 16-cylinder engine.
It was named "Tipo V4" after its V16 engine and 4-liter displacement.
By stacking two V8 engines side-by-side in a common crankcase at a 22.5-degree angle, the company found a solution that maximized the use of existing designs.
This is a rendering of the Tipo V4. While it's a copy, its scale is an astounding 145cm x 65cm!
It would be truly impressive if framed! Why not add it to your collection?
