On April 11, 2024, the MILANO was released as an SUV slightly more compact than the Alfa Romeo Tonale. Less than a week later, the Italian government ruled that the use of the name Milano was illegal due to the car's Polish manufacturing location, and the car's name was hastily changed to Junior.
This is a hoodie from the merchandising lineup that was caught up in the chaos and shelved.
This is the world debut of this elusive MILANO item, which had been quietly sleeping in the back of a warehouse, never to see the light of day!
The black base features the MILANO logo on the front, with the emblem and logo deliberately rendered in black. The simple finish accentuates the contour-like lines. The red lines on the sleeves and inside the hood create an even sportier impression.
The contour-like lines, inspired by the front grille, are befitting the next-generation Alfa Romeo, combining a racing vibe with elegance. |
